Does anybody know what transfer case is used for the AWD system? I can’t find any information anywhere and haven’t seen any pics or videos under the car that show the T-case. I was thinking it might be the Borg Warner 44-40 that’s in the 2009-2023 cars. I see the front axle disconnect listed on the build sheet and window sticker too, so when the system is in RWD, the front axle and driveshaft are not spinning.

As in the 2009 - 2023 Charger AWD? I doubt it since they quit selling the 5.7 AWD except for fleet vehicles. I'm sure it's a lot stronger than that one. A quick AI search says it's made by Magna, and is an "on-demand, multi-disc, wet clutch" system.

The TC is similar to the older models in appearance The model and torque ratings are unknown, the Transmission is rated for 600 ft lbs and already pushed there with the Berger JB4
