Ways to Log All Performance Data

Anyone have any simple ways to do this? I’d love it if I could just slap a USB in and record all the power/torque/boost/rpm etc data to look at later on my computer.

I don’t think it’s really possible to log anything other than 120 seconds manually with PP.

I’m just genuinely curious about what this car is doing and how it’s shifting etc.
