Today wile sitting at a traffic light i noticed the cars horsepower reading is 3hp....is that normal or should it be 0....when in park it's 0 but not sitting at a light...strange. please help

3 makes sense to me. Engine is idling, connected to the transmission, and will still move the car.
But where are you seeing the number? I know performance pages will show a graph but I didn't see an exact specific number displayed there-- I'm sure I just missed it.

Yeah it's in with all the gauges page 2 to be exact...I swore I say it a 0 when stopped a few days ago and now when I stop it stays around 3hp...when in park 0 just was wondering if it was something I should be concerned with...I tried Google and nothing.
