Word on the street is that the new Charger Sixpack could hit dealerships this summer! If you hear any updates, drop them here!
 
We should start seeing some test mules reviewed soon. I’m excited to see how it performs.
 
They have been behind, but at least Dodge Charger EVs are being produced. So they should be able to drop the Hurricane 3.0L inline-six engine in it pretty easily.

Are they using the twin turbo Hurricane in any other vehicles that are out yet?

The high output twin turbo inline 6 engine is used in the RAM RHO and the Jeep Grand Wagoneer.
 
Not an RHO owner, but a 2025 Longhorn Limited owner. Same HO SST. All the RHO and above trims come standard with this powerplant. I can tell you, it's got plenty of power and torque to accelerate this heavy 1/2 ton. Mine is a 6'4" bed w/the Off Road Package, so slightly heavier than what commonly bought Crew Cabs. It does move. So, if this truck can haul, I can only imagine what it will do in a different, dynamic, coupe/sedan, plus with the 4th gen ZF tranny. I had the 6.4 Hemi in my Ram 2500 4x4 Off Road. Had it in my 2023 Challenger Scat Pack WB Shaker, of course and it wasn't even the same. 85 more HP, but still, what a difference. Like I mentioned, I can only imagine what the HO SST in the Outlaw will be like.

Definitely exciting, I've seen a few youtube projects where they are dropping this power plant into different vehicles. It's definitely impressive.

Welcome aboard! Appreciate you sharing your take on the new motor. Fingers crossed we hear something about the new Charger soon, it’s about time!

I've seen some drag racing videos with the Ram RHO, and they are fast! I'm excited to see how it performs in the Charger.

Thanks and NP. I reached out to Mark Dodge in Lake Charles about the Chargers. I always order my vehicles from them and I always get a straight answer. Answer is no word yet on ordering, in which I want to do. Didn't ask about their floor plan allotment, but it seems they aren't able to order anything yet. I was told I would be kept posted. 🤞
