Good find! I do have the highback seats though so looks like this won't help. I am thinking of designing something similar though. For now I just got one of those seatbelt covers from Autozone as suggested above and it does enough to make me more comfortable thank goodness.

I find that the seatbelt digs into my collarbone and neck. I'm not a short guy yet can never seem to sit up high enough for the seatbelt to rest in a comfortable position. Anyone else experiencing this? What have you done to fix it? I am thinking of 3d printing a little spacer that I can glue...
