Drag/track mode gone

First off, I have a white knuckle scat pack. Love the car and overall performance.
When I purchased the car it had drag/track in the drive modes. I took it to the dealership for a seat issue (fixed, plastic piece was broken on back of seat) while the car was there, they said the car needed a RSU flash. After that drag and track mode disappeared and have not come back. Anyone have an explanation on this? I’ve tried resetting to factory setting and pressing the drive mode button twice and right arrow. Nothing works. Drag mo

This seems to be a problem any time someone takes back to the dealer for warranty work. It's like they don't want you to have that option. I have not picked mine up yet but you can bet I'm not going to allow them to the flash up date. Later RJD

I had this same issue. CEL light came on at about 500 miles and I took it in to the dealer, they did a reflash, and I lost track and drag mode. I have a case open with Dodge but no resolution after 2 weeks. We need @DodgeCares in here to get on this ASAP. Its completely unacceptable that EVERYONE who has got the reflash has lost these two modes.

To get track mode back you can try and park it outside under clear view to the sky, delete all profiles except profile 1, and go to settings and factory reset. I got track mode options back after doing this but it doesn't work every time.
