I had a deposit on a Charger at Carman Dodge with an agreed price due to a discount my company offered and when the car was days away from being delivered to the dealer he changed his mind and wanted MSRP. He said he had others that were interested in buying it, I told him to cancel and return my deposit, which he did.
The car was removed from his dealer website a day or 2 later, which I figured he sold it, well almost a week later it’s back on the dealers website for sale, MSRP is $70455 and they also added that Carmans price is also $70455, I’m guessing the others that wanted it also didn’t want to pay MSRP.
