I have the 20x10 scat pack wheels with the 275 tires. I'm thinking that when these wear out, I'll get michelin pilot sports with a larger width. Any recommendations or ideas on how big to go? I'm thinking probably 295 at least. They might even look a bit better as the current setup seems to be a bit stretched.

Currently I have the 20x11 305's, but I'm looking at picking up a set of winter wheels/tires and planning to get as close to the stock 20x10 setup as I can for winter since it should hopefully work well. (narrower is better for snow)
I looked up the specs for both wheels and put this together, might be a helpful resource for you:

If you scroll down, it has plus and minus sizing recommendations for both diameter and width. You may need to switch the 20x10 to be on the left to get more accurate suggestions, but on a quick look with my info in there, I'm not seeing anything that would work without also significantly changing the wheel diameter, so you'll need to adjust the speedometer.
My advice is to probably just take to to a wheel/tire professional if you're dead set on keeping the stock wheels.

Check Tire Rack? They will tell all the options available. Yes, these are too big for a 275 tire. For my winter tires, I went down to a 9" wheel for extra curb protection in the snow.

Yeah was also debating downsizing farther as well. Tirerack is great. I've been using them for years. The only issue is that it tells me they don't have TPMS sensors for the Sixpack yet. I know you don't NEED them, but they're nicer to have in the winter when temps are changing constantly and it's too cold to get out and check

By saying you don't need them then I'd say your low tire light would stay lit. Later RJD

TPMS $25 each from Mopar, and looks like the ones on my Hellcat wheels but its not compatible

And yeah the 275/40/20 has a range of 9-11 inch wheels the 305/35/20 are 10 -12" The Goodyear Eagle Sports run WIDE. My 305/35 Continentals look like they would fit great on 10" wheels, just beacuse they fit the wheels doesn't mean they won't rub since the 20x11 have a different offset BTW I have some 20x11 spares for winter, was going for 295/40/20 snows, would consider trading for some 20x10,

BTW I have some OEM 20x11 spares for winter, was going for 295/40/20 snows, would consider trading for some 20x10, those came on the 797 performance shop car I was planning to beat on the original tires for 2 seasons or so but cut the sidewall on one, sold the other 3 bummer. I considered mounting two on the spare wheels for a sendoff.. But I can get cheapo China tires for some $110 new from Amazon if that strikes my fancy.

I believe that like in the older models, after a few cycles, the warning light goes out. Page 210.

So, you're selling some 20x11? I got some Trackhawk style, 20x9, for the 275 for winter to have more curb protection from the curb in snow. DT has a rebate going on now also.

I kind of doubt that it will not go out . He was talking about not installing TPMS. Page 210 says it only resets TPMS once you air up the tire and drive for a ways and then the system resets, now if you have not reinstalled then I'd say light never goes out. later RJD
