Android Auto not connecting

Thanks for posting. I did that procedure twice. (Presesd both buttons for 20 seconds which resets the system). Worked for one drive cycle each time then stopped.
 
Got a new Samsung S26 Ultra and it still doesn't work. Service manager at my dealership is having a dodge engineer come and look at it hopefully next week. I'm sure it'll be working fine when I bring it in
I have a S25 Ultra and just made a post. My car is at the dealership and they said they submitted for the engineers to look at it. Do you have any update since I'm now dealing with possibly the same issue as you on July 4th.
 
Well since the OP's only ever post is starting this thread, and has not come back, maybe their phone totally died, they figured it out, they sold the car over a phone issue...

Nope, still having the ussue sporadically. Can't make any sence of when it works and doesn't work.
 
I've had constant issues with AA in every vehicle I've owned a 2020 Sierra, 2022 RDX, and a 2015 Tahoe, it's my work phone so it's frustrating when I would take calls from the road but stopped trying about a year ago and rely on Bluetooth only. It's never touched my current 23' Charger so I can't comment on any UConnect system. Carplay, flawless though every time in all of those vehicles. Maybe I'm just lucky and hope I didn't jinx myself....:confused:
 
UPDATE!!! I brought my charger back to my dealer for a 2nd time and had them recreate the problem and document it. They gave me a rental car and had my car for 1 week. They updated me and said they had no clue and had to get Dodge engineers involved to get instruction on the next step. They said they were waiting to hear if there was another software update they were going to provide or look to change out the whole stereo. After some back and forth between them they decided it was the best decision to change out the stereo. I am waiting for the stereo to arrive and setup a time for installation. They said the soonest they would get it would July 21st. Once I'm able to get it in and get my car back I will get everyone an update on if it really fixes the issue. Just figured I would let people know what my Dodge dealer was doing to resolve the issue.

No update it works most of the time but not all the time. I usually have to plug it in wireless is less reliable. With wireless it'll connect and then 5-10mins later will lose connection then reconnect and do this the entire drive so I always just plug it in. There are sometimes I do plug it in and still get problems sometimes restarting the car will work

Have you tried putting the phone on the charger in the car to see if that works? Later RJD
