Anyone else show up to any meets or shows and have to explain to 75% of the people that it is not the EV? I have had more people then I care to say walk up with my hood open and ask why I got the EV or if that's an engine. I think Dodge has not done enough campaigning for this vehicle. Please don't tell me I am alone in this!

You are correct, Dodge should have been promoting the hell out of the Gas version, but they have not and my guess it is due to the corporate issues of compounding financial losses and trying to save money in the interim.

They can only build so many anyway, aren't they made along with the Pacifica in Windsor? I know they added a shift there last year, but it isn't like they are at their own plant like the previous gen Charger/Challengers were. Adding in the Daytonas like I got didn't affect production, but with the higher volume Sixpack, I assume the plant will be limited at some point, right?

Have seen several commercials on the six pack on TV but non on the EVs. They did all there advertising by bringing them to Barrett Jackson Auction in Arizona in Jan. They have the Dodge driving experience its awesome. Later RJD

I was at a light the other day when a young man in a WRX pulled up next to me.
He yelled out "Nice car, I like the new Chargers!"

I said "Well, it's getting mixed reactions. Like "Why doesn't it have a hemi?"
He replied "People have to forward and get on with life!" Lol

Seems every dealer in my area has had the 2 door version since late 2025/early 2026. Now, most have the 4 dr as well.

I think what ever you put on thy still going to ask if it's EV. I was at a show last week with hood up. Guess what, how you like EV. Da Later RJD
