Was wondering if anybody has upgraded there rear drive shaft with the east coast 1 piece drive shaft? I ordered mine last week, after installing the Magna flow cat back exhaust and seeing how the stock drive shafts has a weak spot were it connects to the yoke. thought it would be a good upgrade

It's in my pipeline but haven't pulled the trigger on it yet.

Sounds like a good up grade for folks wanting to race. Later RJD

The upcoming Super Bee will have beefier rear axles- can look at possible swaps?
Also there is this front diff brace

Where did you see this? Have a link that the stockers are weak? Satera has NOT done anything to theirs as far as I know, and they are at 700? wheel and pound it regularly.

One of the influencers showed this off. I think it was actually Rob Dahm, but I don't recall which of his videos.
It has a part that is just VERY thin compared to the rest of it, I think it was near the rear of the car if I remember right

He talks about it in this vid:

It's what I saw when I was underneath my car. I the rear where the yoke connects the shafts is like 1- 1-1/4 maybe. to me that seems like a weak spot

Well it's b been said the system good for 700 hp so if you're going beyond then go for it Later RJD

I had issues with my 2021 scat pack with the drive line and it was he'll of alot more heavy duty than the six pack, and I would rather have 1 piece drive line . less joints to have issues. and I'm sure u lose more hp in the drive line with 2 piece drive shift than a 1 piece

And you were racing to cause issues correct. Let's hear the rest of the story why it failed Later RJD

As a matter of fact no I wasn't, there was issues with the bearing going out where the the 2 shafts come together

I mean, the vid I shared directly talks about it. Starts around 5:30. He explains how the torque is multiplied so at 700 that thing piece is going to be under a lot of stress and will likely not hold up over time. He sounds uncertain, like it MIGHT be good enough, but he's confident that's the weakest part of the drivetrain.

Yeah you are right but it is very slight when it comes to any HP loss, seeing how long/big (plus awd) the charger is I understand why they opted for splitting the shaft to give it more stability than a single unit would, all comes down to physics really. But yeah like others specified, if you're thinking 700+ HP added to stock then you're stressing the carrier, ujoint, shaft torsion, etc. The engineers did a pretty good job imo.
