AC condensation Drain

Anyone had issues with their AC condensation drain? Had my car a whole 24 hours before noticing it leaking into the floor boards. The dealer has had the car for a week now and they can't figure it out. They've opened a star case but nothing seems to being done.

It was purchased off the lot. Figured they would just check the AC drain at the bottom of the vehicle for blockage but they don't seem to want to lol....

Yeah that's a new one to me. Where is the water coming from and pooling in the car?
And yeah that sounds like my dealer service department, they're usually busy so they never want to do anything that they don't determine to be urgent.

On a left hand turn it leaks out into the blower motor and a right hand turn it'll leak into the drivers floor.

Sound like a hose not connected to where it is suppose to drain. Later RJD

Just heard back from the service advisor. They're trying to get the go ahead from corporate to pull the dashboard to see where it may be leaking. Seems like a lot of work. Id personally drop the tail of the transmission and check the drain underneath the car first but what do I know.

They probably did a scan & found no problem.

That seems to be the dealer standard anymore unfortunately.
