We got a dealer down the road from mine and that is what they do also. My dealer gets a lot of there folks do to them not wanting to work on there cars. It's a shame. Later RJD
Wowwww. I had my car in for service and they gave me a loaded 26 Scat and said, 'Drive this until we get you fixed. No limit on mileage.'

But in all seriousness, I hope they fix it and don’t treat you like a homeless person trying to use the restroom in an inner city coffee shop, which is generally my experience after dropping serious $$$ at Stellantis dealerships.

Now they are saying dodge wanted them to pull in another like vehicle and send them pictures of the drain. If they were going to do all that just access the drain on the broken vehicle and fix it

More than likely. It's as simple as accessing the drain tube on the bottom of the vehicle either pulling it off to remove any foam from assembly or shoving a metal rod up the tube to clear the clog
