Is it the dealer that sold it to you?I couldn't get them to pony up a loaner![]()
Yeah it is. If any more issues come up once this is taken care of I'm going to try a different one. They don't seem to have any urgency. Is it the dealer that sold it to you?
Seems like all they care about is selling cars and not wanting to do warranty service. Later RJDYeah it is. If any more issues come up once this is taken care of I'm going to try a different one. They don't seem to have any urgency.
Agreed, It's a new excuse every time I call.Seems like all they care about is selling cars and not wanting to do warranty service. Later RJD
We got a dealer down the road from mine and that is what they do also. My dealer gets a lot of there folks do to them not wanting to work on there cars. It's a shame. Later RJDAgreed, It's a new excuse every time I call.
Wowwww. I had my car in for service and they gave me a loaded 26 Scat and said, 'Drive this until we get you fixed. No limit on mileage.'Yeah it is. If any more issues come up once this is taken care of I'm going to try a different one. They don't seem to have any urgency.
Sound like you got a really great dealer. Mine really treats me well also. Later RJDWowwww. I had my car in for service and they gave me a loaded 26 Scat and said, 'Drive this until we get you fixed. No limit on mileage.'
I'd rather just get it back at this point and fix it my self in an afternoon. Can’t wait for them to have it a couple weeks and say “cannot reproduce” give it back to you and immediately soaked floor mats.
But in all seriousness, I hope they fix it and don’t treat you like a homeless person trying to use the restroom in an inner city coffee shop, which is generally my experience after dropping serious $$$ at Stellantis dealerships.
Any up date on fixing the issue. Later RJDI'd rather just get it back at this point and fix it my self in an afternoon.

Now they are saying dodge wanted them to pull in another like vehicle and send them pictures of the drain. If they were going to do all that just access the drain on the broken vehicle and fix itAny up date on fixing the issue. Later RJD
I'm unsure the build date. I didn't have it long enough to look lol...Build date? Was it on the lot long?
OkI'm unsure the build date. I didn't have it long enough to look lol...
Man what a joke. Dodge should have the build guide and see how it is installed in car. Later RJDNow they are saying dodge wanted them to pull in another like vehicle and send them pictures of the drain. If they were going to do all that just access the drain on the broken vehicle and fix it![]()
More than likely. It's as simple as accessing the drain tube on the bottom of the vehicle either pulling it off to remove any foam from assembly or shoving a metal rod up the tube to clear the clogThere must be a service manual floating around somewhere.
