CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OTHER SENSORS.

Hello all, I have a 2026 charger scat pack i recently installed a aero-flex front spoiler with two pins/rods for support...we had to remove the front nose to install the pins, there were two sensors that were disconnected and then reconnected, the car now has all sensors going off and "check engine" light on, also the remote will not work. I took the car to local dealership they want six hours to remove front nose and recheck sensors...that is ridiculous as only two sensors were touched and literally took one hour to remove and reinstall the nose. Can anyone advise as to what needs to be done to reset sensors to normal again and reset "check engine' light. Thank you to all that can advise.

I’d start by unhooking the battery (which you should have done before unplugging any sensors) and waiting 20 minutes. While doing that make sure the sensors you unplugged are fully seated with no bent pins inside the connectors. Other than that a scan tool with secure gateway access would be required to reset the errors.

Okay thanks, I will try tomorrow unplugging battery....is the battery in the back left area of the trunk or up front engine area?
