Consumer Reports gets 4dr R/T Charger 6 Pack ... hmmm

I can confirm the back seat of the Camaro is useless except for items. It is nice I can buckle those items in securely though since people can't fit back there. lol

I was curious, so I got the specs for F/R Legroom:

2026 Charger (4/2 door) .... 42.6/37.2 inches
2023 Challenger ...................... 42.0/33.1 inches
2023 Mustang .......................... 45.1/29.0 inches
2023 Camaro ............................ 43.9/29.9 inches
2023 BMW M4 ......................... 41.8/34.7 inches

Rear legroom for Mustang/Camaro isn't even close, 8.2" and 7.3" less respectively.
The BMW M4 is short 2.5", and the previous 2 dr Challenger 4.1" less.

Neither car can carry 4 20x11 wheels and luggage, some people don't care about room, its all a choice ...
I sat in a durango waiting for the insurance rider ... and is was noticably more cramped than the Charger ...
I did fit in a Fiat 500 with some issues, same with a Miata would need goggles ...

With the third row seats down, the Durango 392 I traded in fit a walk behind lawnmower with the handle folded down.
Not sure if I can do what with the Charger, but I think it might fit.
Regarding the Fiat 500, I thought of getting a new VW Type R.
That idea ended the minute I sat in it.
Hard seats & tight egress = NOPE!

The 25 Ram was riddled with a litany of failures, let alone anything related to the 3.0 TT engine. And reliability data for the 22-25 Wagoneer, it's a Jeep they can kill anything
Even the SO Hurricane in Wagoneer requires 93 octane… I think a bunch of people ruined theirs throwing in the cheap stuff if they had engine problems. The bigger issue with them is the electronics and battery problems…. And even that mostly came down to them sitting too long and the aux battery failing.

I've put a 77" TV in mine out of box with stand attached, and a 65" still in the box. Both laid flat.

According to the Owners Manual for both the Wagoneer and the Charger, the SO 3.0L requires 87 octane and the HO 3.0L requires 91 octane.

So far I've use 93 and 91octane so far no issues as getting good gas mileage in town as for now tat is where I do most of my driving. Getting 16.6mpg. Later RJD

I normally use 93/94, especially during hot weather so as to avoid any possible engine timing reductions.

They relaxed it in ‘25. My manual for older model definitely says requires premium grade in the Wagoneer for the older models.

Which is why I was surprised with the R/T and Scats being more lax too. If you even put “bad 93” in my Wag it has a warning pop up that says “check manual for proper fuel and oil types”, usually when you get on it a bit.

That's weird.

I thought anything only needed 91 anymore since you can't find 93 all over.

No problem here for 93 but if I can I use 91. Later RJD
