I say BS on this one. What version do you have? Have you checked manually for updates? Build/delivery date?

My version is 1.99.704. I have checked manually for updates and my car is connected to my WiFi while in the garage. I believe without checking, my build date is January 26.

So, the Dodge app on your phone is working now, and updated as of today for the car? Mine is still 44 days old but did show the recall thing.
