I called them using the call feature on the overhead while in the car just in case they needed me to try something.

Maybe they're just rolling something out and it hasn't reached us yet? Or maybe it has to do with that software update to the car (crossing my fingers)

I think mine was down for 39 days. They kinda made it sound like once they took care of it on their end, it would be resolved for all of us. The only other thing I did early on was to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I'm going to guess everyone tried that as well.
