Instrument Cluster Display Controls

Has any one had an issue with not working. Mine has locked up and can not check any functions. I disconnect small 12 volt battery witch controls most functions and lighting and such. Disconnecting battery did not fix. Later RJD

I’d try restarting the uconnect , 10s or so hold pressing the power knob until the center unit start up screen shows… I know it’s not the IC, but they are connected in some ways… if it was working before, I’d wonder if you got an OTA update or something. Usually issues only pop up after updates in Stellantis uconnect cars. My steering wheel controls were acting weird after dealer flashed a RRT and the soft reset fixed it.

I just dropped off at dealer and they are aware of the issue. Also Dodge cares contacted me and there is bulletin out about it TSB-08-207-26. I'll see what they come up and let you know. Later RJD

Got the car back to day an issue resolved. I think they had done an up date as my dealer said the way you access it now is though the page up function. Never had to do that before but at least it works now. Later RJD

I had this same issue a few weeks ago as well. The steering wheel controls were also not functional for swapping drive modes etc. Not sure about cruise control, I wasn't able to test it.
It was a busy day so I didn't have time to look further into it, and after sitting overnight it resolved itself for now. Hasn't happened again since. Thanks for the info on the TSB. If/when it happens again I'll hopefully get it fixed

So, you can NOT just push the wheel mounted button to switch modes like they always show?

Not when I was having this issue. I could still switch modes through the infotainment touch screen though

I finally received my car last Thursday, and while checking things out, I found the steering wheel mode would not change from miles to kms, but the Uconnect system did.
