Rubber Seals and Caulk?

Anyone else notice the quality of a lot of the rubber seals and caulk sealant is pretty substandard? I’ve seen issues with the doors that look pretty worn already.

I’m not sure what it’s sealing exactly, but there is some sort of black caulk/seal around the glass roof that already appears to be failing or peeled off. Anyone else have this or thoughts on if this is even functional sealing?

With respect to the doors, my rear driver one, I noticed it was completely effed. Somebody at the dealership ended up just shoving it in and it looks okay now, but I’m not sure it has the proper adhesive and what not to hold in place long term.

My glass roof has a corner that looks iffy on the outside (front driver's side). Looks like the trim doesn't quite reach to cover the glass corner properly. Not sure if there's anything I can do about it.

Haven't noticed anything with the doors. Your pic is a little close so I can't tell exactly which part I'm looking at, but mine is 2 door so it's probably different.
