Has anyone installed MOPAR Direct Connection lowering springs (P/N 77073045AA)? Opinions if installed or generally opinions on benefits of lowering? Springs will lower car 1 to 1 1/2 inches. I believe depending on hows cars optioned, some have adaptive dampers, hows does this play into lowering?

Check out 797 Performance on this site. They have lowering kit and have pics of car lowered. Go to home page and near bottom of page is the web site and they do support this forum. Later RJD

I haven't seen anyone who specifically installed the MOPAR ones and posted about it. There are a few people on YouTube and such that have lowered the car through other options. I haven't heard anything negative from those that have. I know Jeremy Satera from Satera Tuning had said early on that he felt the car would perform much better with the MOPAR springs as they'd presumably be slightly more stiff.

Yeah this was never clear. I know for certain the Daytona has them with the track pack, and it was implied somewhere that either the plus package or Scat Pack would have them on the Sixpack but I don't know how to confirm it. If anybody has info on Adaptive Dampers on the sixpack I'd like to know too

As mentioned we do have a vendor here that supports this site that has lowering kit and has posted pics here of a Charger they lowered . Later RJD

From research I've done. It has 2 way valve electronic dampers in SCATPACK trim. The dampers are now manufactured by ZF in Mexico, no more Blisten's like last generation. Looks like regardless of wheel/tire size, the SCATPACK has the dampers. I had the last generation wide body (2020 SCAT), you had choice of adjusting firmness through Uconnect independent of drive modes. The current generation you do not have that option. Dampers change depending on what drive mode is selected. Dampers might also change via sensors and driving conditions. It's not clear, like other things regarding the 2026. So please take with a grain of salt.

Yeah, it's just the way things are these days, nobody wants the details anymore so manufacturers just obfuscate them. I absolutely hate it. It's not just cars, or hardware, it's software and user interfaces, all of it dumbed down.
Thanks for the info though!
For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be lowering my car about an inch as part of my plans for the coming Spring. I'm probably going to use the MOPAR springs when I do, they seem like a good, safe option.

As for the 797 car, Nick said he's been a little busy lately and I'm not sure how much they have tracked the shop car, but I'm sure he'd answer any questions you may have if you reached out on here.

So far, only the Daytona Scat Pack with Track Pack has them. The Super Bee will also have them.

Since MOPAR doesn't actually make springs, I believe Eibach made their lowering springs for the last Gen. They had two sets, and the real low ones created problems with the rear camber and other things. Until someone does speed tests with them, they're just for looks.

Agree, waiting on feedback.

Looks only.
I'm not exactly an expert but from what I've seen, this would be incorrect. A lower center of gravity is almost always going to make the car able to take turns faster. Plus the lower springs would presumably be a little bit more stiff. Both of which means less body roll and better tire contact. The exception would be if it puts alignment out of whack so I guess make sure whoever installs them don't suck.
The only question would be aero. Presumably less air under the car means better aero-- but who knows what actually happens without a wind tunnel and what Dodge has already done under the car to adjust for the stock height.
