Engine light turned on yesterday, car has almost 7K mi on it, the car is in the dealership’s repair area since 7am this morning, still waiting. I’ll post later the results.

Been a problem on members cars. Most times they do a flash and it will solve the problem. They should tell you what they found. let us know the results. RJD

Yeah, seconding what others are saying: there are quite a few software bugs that can cause the check engine light. For most people that I've seen on here they are all fixed with software updates. Crossing my fingers for you!
