4300 miles - So many issues

From the manual.......MAINTENANCE PLAN At Every Oil Change Interval As Indicated By Oil Change Indicator System● Change the oil and filter.......... Have a link for your info?
General rule of thumb that oil should be changed every 12 months, or every 5000 miles, synthetic can be pushed to a higher mileage (7-10K) but with turbos and with the amount of heat they generate, you don't really want to do that.
I really pushed both the time and mileage between oil changes in my '15 charger a few times and it sat a lot during the pandemic. It had an oil life indicator too, but I don't think I ever saw the indicator get close to zero or even low. I'm not sure what that thing measures, but I'm not going to trust it.

If you want more resources on it, just look up the life of synthetic oil. The manual for our car says to absolutely be sure to change it BEFORE 10k, so I'd say as long as you're changing it between 5-9k you're doing fine. I just err on the side of caution.

Since I started using synthetic oils in my cars I change every 5000 miles. Manual said to use synthetic oil and change at 5000 miles or longer depending on use. My 2016 Scat does not meet the mileage anymore so I change it ever year. Later RJD

Pennzoil LOVES you guys! 😂
I'd rather spend a couple hundred extra on oil during the car's life than a couple thousand on exploded engine parts.
Plus, not so long ago it was "change it every 3k!" and that made you an oil shill. 5k is just easy and safe. Change it when the odometer reads 5 and 10.

Check engine light and low oil light - Was told it was software and dealer cleared them
Infotainment screen rattles - Dealer shoved foam on the exterior of the dashboard which did not help
Door panels all rattle - Dealer put foam in the panels
Ventilated seat broke - Waiting for parts
Low oil message continuing to show even after software update - Dealer said "Don't know what to tell you"
Memory seat does not remember
Audio settings will not save

Anyone else have any of these issues? I have had the car for two three months and I am ready to be done with it.
I had the same issue with the door panels rattling. It's so annoying but they found the problem. Ended up being the Window Tensioner which they tighten down.

Welcome aboard. Also, sorry to hear how many items have become an issue with your beast. The only issues so far with my 2026 Scat Pack Plus (received on 28 May 26) are an intermittent engine light (that, when it does stay on, it's sometimes for a day or two) and the front camera frequently coming on upon start-up once you place the gear shift in "drive" mode (you then have to touch the infotainment screen "X" to exit it).
