Could the updates have gone down on the same date?

Yes, they definitely did go down around the same time. On or around July 7th for most people. If people lost it a few days earlier, their car probably didn't check-in in time.
That's why I'm pretty confident the issue is not on the user's end.

Stellantis just called me. They are aware that the issue is widespread and they are working on a fix. To their credit, they've called me every week since I opened a case.

They called me today as well. Stated they did some updates yesterday and asked if anything has changed on my end. Told them nothing has updated on my app or the website as of now. Stated they realize it is a widespread problem and hope to have it resolved soon.

If they did some updates then I would open your app daily. When mine first came back it still showed 43 days but the I went into health report then hit info and it had updated on the screen but the home screen still showed 43 days. Two days later the home screen updated also. Later RJD

Well mine show in that screen that it had updated but I checked it daily after talking to Dodge and I did have a case number. Why mine updated over every one else is still a mystery. later RJD
