Do you guys hammer them on social? I seem to get more responses there than emails or phone calls anymore. I'll go do that right now. I just hit them on everything, so we'll see then.

After I submitted my car survey, I got a second email yesterday about Dodge Connect. Maybe because I beat it up in the survey? On Insta, Dodge gave me the same number to call.

Did you call and get a case number. Later RJD

I still can’t get logged in since the 19th and they can’t seem to fix that over the phone or get a reset email to come through. Crazy 🤪

So i received a response,
Good Afternoon!

My name is ___________, Your Case Manager. Thank you for allowing DODGE Connected Services the opportunity to assist you with your Inquiry. Your satisfaction is important to us.

I do understand this can be a bit worrisome, as I too would want to have my reports updated as soon as possible. I would like to provide some insight as to why it takes more than a few days to reflect fully.

The Vehicle Health Report

The vehicle health report is designed to send a comprehensive report approximately every 30 days after the last update reported. This schedule is intentional as it gives a big overview of the vehicle health to review the status of some of your vehicle's key systems, provide pre-maintenance suggestions, and quickly determine if you need to take further action.

Routine Maintenance Monitoring
Reports are setup to a routine monthly which is ideal for reviewing overall vehicle health. It monitors some key powertrain, oil & fluids, brakes & suspension, safety, and electric systems. The report will inform you if action on these systems is required, suggested, or needed urgently.

Battery Conservation
Continuous data transmission would require the vehicle’s onboard computer to remain active even when the engine is off, potentially draining the battery. The monthly reporting cycle helps preserve battery life by minimizing power usage.

Vehicle Health Report Covers
POSSIBLE SPECIFIC SYSTEMS AND SW LEVEL, IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO MONITOR THE FOLLOWING:

Powertrain
Engine Malfunction Light - if equipped
Charging System
Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) Warning Light
Transmission Temperature Warning Light - if equipped

Oil and Fluids - For Gas and Diesel Engines
Oil Pressure Warning Light
Oil Change Due
Oil Temperature Warning Light
Water In Fuel - Diesel Only If equipped
Diesel Exhaust Fluid - If equipped
Particulate Filter - If equipped

Brakes and Suspension
Anti-Lock Brake System Warning Light
Brake Warning Light

Safety
Air Bag Warning Light
Tire Pressure Monitoring System Warning Light
Blind Spot Monitoring System Failure — If Equipped
Electric Vehicle - Limited Checks
Traction Battery Cut-off State
Traction Battery Fault
Service Hybrid System
Turtle Mode

The Vehicle Health Alert :
Vehicle Health Alerts are what will notify you by email and/or mobile app if it senses a concern from one of the key systems that have been reviewed and determine if any kind of attention is needed.
In an instant, it can quickly determine if you need to schedule an appointment with a qualified service technician.

I hope this gave a bit more insight as to why the report requires that monthly routine cycle and I was able to answer your inquiry.

Kind regards,

Tionne, Connected Services Web Team

I have respectfully responded back stating the live update features have stopped working about a month ago. Also sent screen shot showing the last time the app updated trip info, etc.
I'm about to cancel my subscription if they can't fix it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the support person is just confused or is shoving the support case off. The car is supposed to update the app daily. The "vehicle health report" is a monthly email and not the issue (though that is probably broken too).
If it only updates monthly, then the app is designed to tell me what my gas tank level was a month ago, and I don't think there's much use in that... Lol

I think all of the DodgeCares ‘people’ are really just AI bots generating scripted responses.

You got it. This what they need to fix also. AI is not the answer. Later RJD

Here is what I got from Dodge connect. Still no help. I was talking to the GM at my dealer about this issue. He said it maybe a different vendor servicing this app and they may had not paid there bill or they may have got hacked. Anybody's guess. Later RJD
