Dreaded Check Engine light on after 3 weeks of Ownership

I purchased my scat pack the last week in April and 4 days later I was in the hospital. I put about 50 miles on it. I was the hospital for about 2 months. My brother used the car to visit me. He put about 300 miles on it when he told me the check engine light came on. Well I’m out of the hospital and was able to start the car this past weekend and it started right up. And the check engine light came on while idleling.
I called the dealership and he asked for the vin number and told me to bring it in for service. I can’t because I’m wheelchair bound so I’ve got to wait till I can walk again. Don’t know if this is relevant or not but just my experience.

It may just be that one update that the earlier models needed.

Yup. I believe that this has corrected a lot of problems. I wonder if there is a correlation of lot cars vs. built cars?

I'm thinking there is and most on lots would be earlier builds. Later RJD
