So I joined a couple months ago, but I haven't had a chance to do a intro.
I'm sixty five, recently retired.
I leased a 25 Daytona Scat Pack in August of 25, trading in my 22 Ram TRX.
The car is a lot of fun, very quick, gorgeous in triple nickel, but it has problems. Unfortunately, the car is dead this time at 1511 miles. It's done this twice to me. Can't drive it have to tow it again, did the same thing at 559 miles. This time it's so dead, it's like someone removed the batteries.
It's now back at my dealer.
I must say I love the new charger so much, I leased a 26 Scat Pack in Blue, same color my TRX was.
Then the Green Machine came out, crap!
Um, yes, it being delivered tonight, this one is an RT, nicely equipped, glass roof, 18 speaker stereo and it's a plus car, along with the other two I leased.
Now, the really funny story I'm talking to the salesman. I have the dealership, and I'm going to go down and look at the car so he says, what car are you bringing? I said, I'll bring the blue 6 pack. He said, oh I wanted to see the daytona. I've never seen or driven the electric Charger, I said I'l bring the EV.
I get in the Daytona, it's freaking out as stated above. I get in the blue six pack with 124 miles on it and it cranks a few time and stops, it try again, nope. So I got in my non dodge auto and head to the dealership and bought the green machine.
Later that night I tried starting it with the key fob and started right away. Shut it off with the fob, got in the car it started right up.
So, when the EV is ready, I'll drop off the blue six pack.
STALANTIS, PLEASE READ THIS, I CANT HELP YOU SELL THESE BEAUTIFUL CARS IF I CANT GET THEM ON THE ROAD.
At least 10 people have looked the charger over asked what kind of car is this?
And that's in 1500 miles.
