Hellcat goes in for oil change, lube tech takes it on a joyride and wrecks it. Dealer is fighting the customer on making it right.

Ahhhhh, ok, thanks. Yeah, there's plenty of those out there. When I had my Hellcat in for the driveshaft center support change, my dash cam was always running! I heard some VERY interesting comments when both techs were diagnosing and test driving it!

Yeah, dealerships feel entitled to treat customers poorly these days. I have one CDJR around here that is great and another one that’d have zero qualms doing _____________ <——insert anything terrible here that makes them a few extra bucks at the customers expense.

They forget that the customers and providing good customer service built their wealth… Mopar fans just take the punishment, unfortunately.
