So update, Dodge Corporate stonewalled me on getting the additional data on “the why” of the car going into limp mode. I’m most likely to start working with my attorney next week to get the data turned over either willfully or through subpoena if there is a legal reason we can use, which there most likely is given it is a major safety issue for a car to cut power mid acceleration like this without any rhyme or reason…
And all I wanted was a little transparency
… if folks were straightforward about the cause I’d drop it, but now I’ll likely file with NHTSA and other avenues available to consumer protections.
I haven’t had any issues since, but I also didn’t have any before it happened
