Anybody been having an issue with theirs side windows. Do they automatically slide down some when the door is opened and close when the door does?

Yes. By design.

The car drops the window down a little bit when you open the door so that when you close the door, the glass doesn’t get squeezed too hard against the rubber seal around the door.
If the window stayed all the way up, it could get pinched and possibly crack over time. So the car automatically lowers the window a tiny bit to give it some space, then raises it back up once the door is closed. It’s just a protection feature so the window doesn’t get damaged.

Yes, and a great idea for tight fitting windows.
