Performance pages and non plus Scat Pack

WTF!!!??? I brought it to the dealer to install the new radio unit. It didn't have the performance app! Now I have to leave it at the dealer so they can set up a time with a factory engineer to get it in. The 1st engineer in July was who suggested the new unit after he couldn't download the software. I don't get a warm fuzzy feeling of hope. 😱
