Saying hello + Exhaust question

Thanks, I found the port. I have two codes: P1217 and P121B which both sound like active exhaust codes. Yes, the light came on when it was pretty cold... I think it was 5-10 degrees. We'll see what they say at the dealer next week.
Hey @SeaDog was the dealer able to do anything for you on this?
So far I have reset the codes 3 times over the last couple weeks. Everything is working but as soon as the temperature drops the check engine light comes back. It doesn't seem to be related to dirt or debris just an issue with the sensor in cold weather.

I ended up canceling the appointment, because the light went off on its own! Hasn't been back on since, but it's been a little warmer (15-25 degrees).

Before I scanned the codes, I wondered if the check engine light could be on from poor quality fuel. The dealer sent me home with a full tank, but I wondered if they filled it with regular instead of premium. When my tank was about half gone, I filled the remaining half with premium and a few days later the light went off. I don't know if there's a connection though since the codes seem unrelated?

I really doubt that.

I have been almost exclusively running 93 octane because a lot of gas stations around here only offer 90. I want to make sure I have some headroom if I need to mix lower octane gas in a hurry so this definitely wasn't my issue.
The issue has come back for me a few times now, seems to be when taking short trips in ~5 degrees Fahrenheit or below weather. It does not seem to be related to ice or dirt build up but I could be wrong.

I just think the sensor just can't handle low temps and I'm hopeful that Dodge figures this out soon. If it is still happening to me next winter or happens a few more times this winter then I'm going to have to make a stink at the dealer until they fix it. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't disable remote start in the weather that I need it the most. I just hope enough people have the issue that it becomes a TSB so I don't have to spend hours/days at the dealer figuring it out. I already waited two and a half hours for them to reset the light for me last month...

Can you pull up the codes in the center dash and reset them like the current Chargers?
I wasn't able to find a way to do this on my '15 charger. I also tried to find a a way to do this on my Sixpack but had no luck. I bought the cheapest code scanner on Amazon and it works to read and reset the codes.

20260213_144438.webp I thought that I can reset them when in Park or something also.
