They tried to reset it all at my house. A Dodge tech came here ti try to save a tow. The car flaked out 1nother time after that, (did not die/brick/lose 12v) and had errors all over it. He came out and reset the car and then I was able to drive it in for service. This was literally the day after the big updates came out last summer/fall. The shifter was locked in Park and the lights on it were flashing. All I know is it works now.
